We wanted to take the time to express how much we have appreciated working with you through this entire process.  As you know very well, this was our first experience not only in buying a home but in finding out how much there is doing it! Trying to find and purchase a home in Virginia in less than 3 months from arriving shortly after 7 years in Germany was quite the daunting task, everyone thought we were crazy,  but we knew that if we could find a realtor who we could trust and who would understand our unique situation that we could make it happen! Working with you has really been a pleasure.  With your guidance and expertise, you managed to walk us through each step of the process, allowing us to feel comfortable making this truly important decision. It was the extra effort and patience that you consistently showed us that made this home purchase possible.  You have gone far beyond the normal expectation of a realtor. My Wife, my son and I are both thrilled with the house and can't thank you enough for taking the time, and the interest, to help make this dream a reality.

You went over and above what we were expecting and made this deal happen.  We can imagine what it would have been like to go through the process of buying an ourfirst home without your patience, guidance, sense of humour and wealth of knowledge of the market/area.  

It became very clear during the process that we were working with the best! We were very fortunate to have met Bob, he helped us find the“perfect” house.  His vast experience in this business provided a wealth of knowledge that was beyond our expectations and was an invaluable part of making the whole process very smooth, comfortable and quite educational! 
After attending his first-time home-buyers class, I knew that we made the right choice.  Everything was crystal clear and there were no surprises with the numbers.  He answered our questions promptly (ie: lots of emails/phonecalls J), addressed our concerns without making us feel any pressure, and guided us to the new home that we are super-excited to have moved in to!  There is no way for us to express how much we appreciate the tremendous value of working with you, but we will absolutely be working with you again when the time comes to buy our next home and definitely refer you to others.
